Return & Refund Policy
1. Expiration date is 6 months after production but recommend to eat within 2 weeks.
2. We will not accept returns on our products that have been opened or partially consumed. If the product is unopened and claim it within 1 day upon delivery, we will accept returns.
3. If the products are defective or has quality issues, you can contact our company service department.
4. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will replace the product or issue a refund. (To avoid the damage, we take a photo when we hand over to a courier.)
